I received my product and some of the brackets were bent, broken, uneven and I felt as thought something that should've taken about 10 min. to put together took too long. I spent too much time trying to ensure that this piece was together correctly I finally got fed up, left it alone and then came back to it. How do you sell someone something that has pieces messed up and tell the person that it's brand new. I don't believe this was new as the instructions were missing from the box upon my long awaited receipt of the cage. I ordered on December 5 and didn't receive until December 23, why doesn't it take 2 weeks for something like this to arrive but it only takes 10 seconds to verify and retrieve the funds from a credit card? Don't buy it, it's not worth it!
